QUESTIONS:

First Spot: 9th & Madrone
Look north along Madrone. How are the land uses different on both sides of street? Take pictures of the historic Cask N' Cleaver restaurant on the east side. What is the most interesting feature along Madrone Avenue? Look at the small homes on the east side of Madrone. History suggests that they were originally built as part of an artists colony. How are they unique? What land uses would be compatible with nearby homes?

Third Spot: Madrone & Richwood Drive
What are the differences between the homes on north and south sides of Richwood? How are they different from homes on east side of Madrone? Should homes on east side be preserved or changed to a different land use? Take a picture of the Eucalyptus windrow and vacant land on east side of Madrone. What land uses could benefit from the trees?
